Guidance Published: Agricultural Wages Order Wales

All employed agricultural, horticultural, and forestry workers in Wales, including those employed by gang masters and employment agencies, are entitled to the terms under the Agricultural Wages Order. The order stipulates rights including minimum wage, holiday and makes provisions when it comes to sick pay.
